Summer Felting Workshops!

I have been squirreling away in the background for the past couple of months planning all these lovely felting workshops. I met with some lovely new people running lovely venues across Lincolnshire and Rutland. I can’t wait to teach workshops in person again! I have kept all the class sizes small to allow for social distancing and for comfort for all of you! 

Workshops will be held at these locations this summer:

• Riverside Beads, Market Deeping (PE6 8ED) located opposite the Antiques Centre with on street parking. The classroom is located at the back of the store with 1 step to climb to get to it. 
• Letz Craft, Oakham located on the first floor, there is not a lift (40 Melton Road, LE15 6AY) next to the train crossing. Paid parking available behind the building (St. Annes Close LE15 6BH). 
• Old School, Minting is located behind David & Zoe’s home (LN9 5RT) Plenty of parking at the front of their home. Workshops are in a large airy classroom located on the ground floor. They are offering afternoon-tea-style lunches from the local pub.
• The Place, Stamford (PE9 2DL) located just a couple metres up from the Stamford Arts Centre. Workshops will take place on the first floor. The closest paid parking is Wharf Road carpark, a 5 minute walk away).

I wanted to offer a selection of short workshops for those just wanting to spend a couple hours felting. Then also having full day workshops for people to get fully immersed in felting. I try and teach my own instant gratification methods of felting that allow people more time creating and less time poking or rolling. Lots of techniques will be taught in all workshops. Supplies will be available after my workshops so that you can continue at home. 

I’m happy to offer private workshops for you and your friends at your home or I can rent my local village hall. I am not offering classes at my home at the moment.  Please get in touch for more information.
