Wildlife Garden Original Artwork 50 cm square-ish
A wonderous wildlife garden full of colourful flowers, birds and other creatures. This original artwork has a variety of English cottage flowers including nasturtiums, delphiniums, hollyhocks, crocosmia, sweet peas, foxgloves, verbena and more! (what else can you see?)
I have also added two little bird feeders hanging from the tree that have blue tits and goldfinches on. There is a sparrow in the bird bath, a robin perched on a spade, a blackbird in the tree and two wood pigeons perched on the wall. This is inspired by my garden and other ones I visit throughout the year. I’ve even added a little squirrel up in the tree branches, some honey bees on the lavender and bumblebees on the foxgloves.
This felted original is made using wet and needle felting techniques. The finished piece is approximately 50 cm square and I have stitched it onto a piece of mountboard that is larger. The piece will be posted flat and ready to frame once you receive it. If you would like advice about framing please get in touch.
