Shipping and Delivery Information for orders placed on this website. Postage Costs are dictated by prices set by Royal mail which is our preferred carrier for small and medium packages. All items have been individually categorised added into weight brackets based on weight of item plus the packaging required to send it to you in a secure manner in an undamaged condition.

UK Deliveries: You will get the options to select several Royal Mail options based on weight and or value of the package. We recommend you select the best insurance option depending on the value of the item purchased for peace of mind.

International Shipping: International Signed for / Courier method is used for Non UK Orders

§ We charge weight based Shipping for overseas postage – Selected countries in Europe, USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand

§ Sorry we do not ship to any other locations at this time. If your location is not listed on check out page please contact us to discuss further.

§ Items are normally sent by Royal Mail or Courier. Please ensure you have given us the correct delivery address including the correct Post Code.

§ You must ensure that someone would be available to take delivery if you have requested a recorded delivery or placed a Non UK order. PO Box addresses are not acceptable for recorded delivery packages.

§ If a package is returned back to Eve Marshall by the Carrier, additional re-delivery charges may apply.

§ Items will only be shipped to the billing address given with your payment details.§ We are sorry; we are unable to deliver to any address other than the billing address. Special Exceptions can be made for Gift Deliveries within the United Kingdom. You will need to contact us to discuss this.

§ If you are local to South Lincolnshire and would like to pick up the item from us this can be arranged.
