Lion Original Artwork for Collection

Description

This piece is on display at The Place in Stamford. The piece is for sale there and if it doesn’t sell then it will be back in my online shop after.

Lion Original Artwork was created a couple years ago for Pearl & Ruby’s Narnia inspired Christmas Window. Their window display won best in Spalding and I’d like to think he had something to do with it.

This Lion is on display and for sale at The Place on St. Mary’s street in Stamford. If you would like to see it in person please head there for a visit.

This Lion is huge and he was predominately wet felted using wool and silk fibres. His piercing eyes were needle felted along with his other face features. He is framed in custom black wood frame.

Lion Original Artwork is for Collection but if you would like him to be posted without the frame or with acrylic instead of glass in the frame then please get in touch and I can work out the postage costs.

The third photo shows the piece after it had been photographed at the printers and before it was framed.

The piece is 69 by 83cm in it’s black frame.
