Spend the first part of this class playing with colours and textures! Choose from a variety of green Merino wool pieces and learn how to layer them to create a strong background. Choose colourful silk threads and sparkle and layer them with pieces of felt to create vibrant flowers.
Wet felting begins with hot soapy water poured over your layers of wool, then learn how to agitate, roll and throw the piece to make the wool fibres felt and shrink. The finished piece will be approximately a4 size.
This class is great for beginners because in 2 hours you are able to create a finished piece. Please note that this wet felting only, see other felting workshops to learn more!

This course is a perfect introduction to wet felting because in just 2 hours you will create your own floral picture.

Safety
- We will be using wool fibres to felt with and fairy liquid for agitation, if you are skin-sensitive to either of these please bring gloves. If you are allergic to wool, please do not book. ( Aimed at Adults)
