Barnsdale Gardens: Wet Felted Tree Picture Workshop
Spend a relaxing morning layering wool, silk threads, ribbons and yarn to create a large felted tree. This workshop is all about playing with fibres. I find felting trees so mindful and would love to share this process with you.
The workshop will be 2 hours of faffing with fluff and one hour of wet felting the fibres together. You may make a A4 size piece for £50.
The workshop space is available for the day if you’d prefer to make a large round or rectangle piece (50cm-ish) for £85
Possible allergies: We will be using 100% wool and fairy liquid soap. If you are allergic to wool then this is not the class for you. If you are allergic to fairy liquid, please bring gloves.
