Autumn Glows Original Artwork

A badger is startled by a noise he hears through the trees, he looks up to see an owl flying across the night sky.

I created this piece earlier this year. You can just see the gnarly branches reach from the left side of the piece. Green, purple and orange layers of the landscape across the piece with a grove of orange autumn trees and a needle felted badger peeking out at the bottom of the piece. The night sky points up towards the top of the picture with a copper moon stuck to the mountboard instead of attached to the felted background. A barn owl flies across from the left of the picture with part of his wing reaching out from the edge.

This felted piece is approximately 7 x 16.5 inches (0.5 inches thick) and is stitched onto a large piece of mat board that is 11 x 21 inches. It will be posted flat to you and wrapped in cellophane to protect the wool.
