Into the Hedge Original Art featuring a needle felted pheasant and hare<\/p>\n
This is a little felted sketch of a hedgerow inspired by my drive home this week. I saw a hare, pheasant and partridge all within a couple metres of each other.<\/p>\n
I created the background using a mix of merino wool, silk ribbon, yarn and wool curls. I needle felted the pheasant, partridge and pheasant plus some leaves and pebbles.<\/p>\n
It is 31 x 23 cm and is stitched onto a piece of mount board that is 49 x 35cm ready for framing.<\/p>\n
