Running Hare Portrait Original Artwork is the second piece in a series of animal portraits that I began early in 2022. The hare is running and there is not other background which is a different style of work for me.<\/p>\n
I spent weeks perfecting the body shape before moving on to the eye and ears. I used the photography of Frances Crickmore, who is based in Suffolk, as my inspiration for the piece.<\/p>\n
The felted hare is stitched onto a piece of mountboard that is 70 x 70cm and is ready to frame.<\/p>\n
The other 3 animals in the series: Fox, Badger and Hare are also for sale.<\/p>\n
