Classes Information
I teach the instant gratification of felting. The techniques I teach I have created myself so that they are achievable for anyone who comes to my workshops. I spend countless hours playing with wool and I create something at least 50 times before I teach it to people.
You can view all the upcoming workshops here.
Please contact me for more information about private felting workshops which may be held at your home or village hall. I also offer workshops at my home for you and a couple of friends.
I enjoy teaching workshops for schools and all age groups are able to achieve fantastic results with wet felting techniques. Workshops can be per class or whole school over a couple of days.
I often do talks and mini taster workshops for WIs and village groups. I also try and volunteer my teaching for a charity at least twice a year.
I set-up my business as a self-employed artist/teacher in June 2010, since then I have taught people of all ages and abilities how to felt.
Most of my workshops are based near my home in Lincolnshire but I also travel to Rutland, Cambridgeshire, Northamportonshire and Bristol to teach workshops. Currently all of my classes are single stand alone workshops and are aimed at beginners. I teach a lot of techniques in my workshops and therefore some people attend them more than once.
